We're now on the flyer for Festival MOO-AH!

We will be playing at Festival Moo-ah in March. Andrew Greenaway saw our recent gig and invited us to join the steller line-up. It's official!

Hopefully this will help in getting us some more gigs.

Lots been happening since my last post.
We have rehearsed at Survival Studios a couple of times Blessed Relief @ Survival and played our first two gigs.
The first at a wedding anniversery party and then last night at Northfields Christmas Market in Ealing.
Both went pretty well.

Thankfully there were a few Zappa freaks present to enjoy our sets including the Idiot Bastard himself Mr Andrew Greenaway.

Next thing is to add a few more numbers to our reportoire and get some more gigs.

We are now a Zappa trio

Tomas (a very good bass player from the Czech Republic) joined the band earlier this year.
Things are progressing nicely and Tom and I have been working towards our first gig.

Last week we met and played with new drummer John for the first time and Tomas and I were both very impressed with his great playing so we are now a trio.

What We Are About.

The primary aim is to have fun playing the music of Frank Zappa.

If you already know some Zappa tunes - great. If not then enjoy learning them with us.

Suggestions for favourite numbers to play always welcome.

Charts available if needed.

Occasional gigs aimed for.

Meeting Thursday 13th March in West Acton

Yes Thursday not Tuesday.

Next meeting Thursday 13th March 8-10pm in West Acton.

We'll have fun and there will be room for you whatever instrument you play.
